Order Cancellation and Return
1. Wrong product If you have received the wrong product due to my error:
- Within Estonia: you may return the item, and I will send you the correct product at my expense.
- Outside Estonia: I will send you the correct product, and the wrong item does not need to be returned.
2. Order cancellation
- Custom-made products: the order can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
- In-stock products: the order can be canceled up until the moment the shipment is handed over to the postal service.
- After dispatch, the order can no longer be canceled — but see point 4 (right of withdrawal).
3. Products damaged in transit I take full responsibility for the safe delivery of my works. If an item is damaged during transport, please contact me and I will make it right — I will remake the item, replace it, or refund the full amount, depending on the item.
4. Right of withdrawal As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, notify me of your wish via email before the 14 days have passed. After receiving the withdrawal notice, you have 14 days to return the goods; the returned item must be unused and in its original condition. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. I will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice (I may wait for the refund until I have received the goods back). Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to your personal specifications (custom order or personalized work).
