Shipping Terms

General — applies to all orders

Dispatch

Each item is handmade and hand-packaged. If the purchased product is in stock, I will ship your order within 2–4 business days after purchase, and as soon as the shipment is on its way, I will send you a tracking number via email.

Delivery times and delays

Estimated delivery times are based on the carrier’s own data and are approximate, not guaranteed — your order may arrive slightly earlier or later than indicated. Once the shipment has been handed over to the postal service, transportation and customs clearance are no longer within my control, and I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur in transit or in customs. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order throughout its journey, and if anything gets stuck, please write to me — I will help locate the shipment.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the destination and package size, and the final price is always displayed at checkout before payment. A fixed price applies to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. For all other destinations, the price is calculated individually at checkout.

Packaging

I pay special attention to packaging. Each item is professionally packed in multi-layer protective material that protects it from shocks, impacts, and accidental drops during transport. I have years of experience shipping fragile items worldwide, and your order is packed to withstand a long journey.

Safe delivery guarantee

I take full responsibility for ensuring that my work reaches you in one piece. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will make it right — I will remake the item, replace it, or refund the full amount, depending on the item. Either way, you are protected.

Delivery within Estonia

  • Pickup from my studio at Mäe 2b, Tallinn (by prior arrangement)
  • Parcel locker
  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

Delivery within Europe (EU and rest of Europe)

  • Trackable postal service; tracking number provided after dispatch
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–12 business days, depending on destination
  • Any import customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are to be paid by the buyer

International delivery

All international orders are sent via trackable postal service, and the tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

United States

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs process
  • Import customs duties, sales tax, and any customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For most US orders, this is approximately 15% of the item’s value (e.g., about €15 in taxes for an item worth €100). Exact amounts are determined by US customs and are not within my control.

Canada and Australia

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
  • Any import customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are to be paid by the buyer

Rest of the world

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs process
