Inside the bowl a galaxy-like pattern forms as the glazes flow and layer during firing — a result that cannot be fully planned. The outer relief is covered in a single glaze whose tones shift from deep blue-green to lighter turquoise through different mineral additions — the impression of several colours from a single glaze. Hand-shaped in small batches — no two exactly alike.

With Galaxy the result is never fully known in advance. The way glazes flow, blend, and react during firing creates a new „galaxy” every time. This is ceramics where chance and skill work together.
